We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied we accept returns for store credit only. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any other of our products.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of you receiving the order.
- Please keep the item in its original condition: unwashed, unworn, no perfume and tags in place.
- Post your item via tracked post to: Northern Tide Apparel, PO BOX 788, Coolalinga, NT, 0839
- Store credit is issued on returned items only. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Store Credit Information:
- Store credit to be used at northerntideapparel.com
- Store credit is issued within 7 days of receiving your return and is valid for 6 months.
- You will be issued a unique code, which is to be used during checkout in the coupon code section.
- Any purchases that exceed the value of the store credit will require additional payment.
*Please note: We are a small Australian Northern Territory Business and as such are unable offer refunds. Any request for such would be assessed on an individual application. A re-stock, administration and postal fee of 20% will be deducted.
